Yamaha have tailored the taper of a mouthpiece to improve response and intonation throughout. It also provides a comfortable hand-hold, with smooth airflow thanks its body design. Nickel silver inner and outer slides ensure the best fit whilst minimising corrosion. Tapered valves are also used for longer durability and less risk of air leakage. To accommodate all hand sizes, an adjustable thumb lever for the 4th valve is fitted as standard.
