The only problem is that the old cups don’t fit the old rims, and the new rims don’t fit the old cups. Please tell me where to get rims for the older cups!

I was playing on a 3B mouthpiece. I decided to try the slightly bigger mouthpiece 4B mouthpiece. I think this has improved my sound and I am pleased with the change. .

The 4B rim doesn’t suit me but with this I can experiment with rims. Gives a good, round sound.!

I have been using a 4B or 4C since I started playing horn @ 6 years ago but have always found Bb side harder, This size immediately impoved my high playing without detracting from low register. I am a 2nd/4th horn. I am now looking forward to Band and Orchestra returning and playing with a mouthpiece better suited to my embouchure!!
